By registering to this site, you agree to abide by the site and submission rules. These can be found listed HERE. By submitting a story, you again agree to these rules. Any violation of these rules will result in your immediate removal from the site. Your account and all content under it will be deleted. Any abuse of the site will also result in your removal.
  1. Winchester Gospel does not accept slash fanfiction.
  2. Members who violate the Terms of Service (TOS) will be warned and asked to cease and desist with the conduct or activities that are considered a violation.
  3. Members who, after receiving a warning, continue to violate the TOS will be banned from posting.
  4. The Terms of Service are subject to change at any time.
  5. Harassment of any kind by any member will not be tolerated. This includes threatening posts and personal attacks of any nature. Members that have been found to openly and willingly harass another member in any facet will be banned from the archive. No appeals will be accepted.
  6. As this is primarily an adult site, profanity is permitted, but please be considerate of other’s feeling with regard to the words you choose to use.
  7. Spamming will not be tolerated and any violators will have their account locked down and IP address banned.
  8. "Adults Only" rated fiction is reserved for users over legal age to read such content in their community. Users who live in a community which forbids the reading of adult materials may not access this content. You must be logged in and click through a warning and age statment to read this material, you will be the only one responsible if you are underaged and found out.
  9. By accessing this website, the user agrees that the administration and the authors will not be held responsible or liable for any damages resulting from the information, stories and service provided. Users should read stories at their own risk.
  10. Anyone found willfully uploading content with a virus/trojan/harmful material will be banned.
  11. Individual stories are owned by their authors. The administration is not responsible for the author's opinion, whether expressed in a piece of fiction.
  12. Because the stories are owned by their authors, the authors may edit or delete their stories (and accounts) at any time without fear of retribution from the staff.
  13. Authors are responsible for rating their stories correctly according to content. The administration is not responsible if readers are offended. Read at your own risk.
  14. Users will not harass the administration, authors, forum users or reviewers for any reason. Harassing behavior may include, but is not limited to: flaming, trolling, posting spam reviews or abusing the author contact form.
  15. The administration reserves the right to refuse any user service for any reason.
  16. By viewing this site, registering, reviewing stories or otherwise accessing the content of Winchester Gospel, users agree to the Terms of Use.
  17. Winchester Gospel is a fanfiction archive and in no way attempts to claim ownership of copyrighted materal. All publicly recognizable characters from Supernatural are the property of their respective owners. The original characters and plot are the property of the author. No money is being made from this work. No copyright infringement is intended.
  18. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden on Winchester Gospel. Any member who is deemed to have posted someone else's work, in whole or in part, as though it were their own will have their accounts deleted immediately.
  19. Winchester Gospel is a moderated archive, meaning that any and all story submissions, including additional chapters to existing stories, will be held in moderation to await the approval of one of our moderators. Your story must respect our rules.
